2. Verification & Due Diligence

We conduct a preliminary document review, including cross-referencing with the necessary government offices, to ensure listings meet our “Clean Title” standards. This builds buyer confidence and strengthens your property’s credibility.

3. Transparent Listing Standards

All listings must clearly disclose:

  • Annual Land Rates

  • Monthly Service Charges

  • Accurate square footage

  • Key amenities

  • Occupation Certificate (for new developments)

Commission & Payment Terms

We operate on a performance-based model — no upfront listing fees.

  • Commission: 3% of the final gross sale price

  • Payable: Upon execution of transfer documents and full disbursement of funds to the seller

  • Payment Timeline: Within 7 business days of funds reflecting in the seller’s account
